Dedicated exclusively to buyers and insiders from the upper echelons of the fashion industry, with its four editions a year, simultaneous with the Milan men's and women's fashion weeks, WHITE is the leading Italian fashion show, as well as an exceptional stage for our very first project: the small brand 100% Made in Italy My Scarf in a Box?.
Alessandro Michele, for the much-discussed AW 2018 fashion show - where everyone's attention was captured by the set resembling an operating theatre, by the balaclavas, and especially by the fact that in a couple of outings the models held a reproduction of their own heads under their arms - plays with the work dress, the uniform of the '80s Italian yuppie, to reinvent it in a glamorous key, exaggerating with flounces, glitter, layers, asymmetries and oversizes.
My Scarf in a Box? is a little Italian excellence in the creation of exclusive scarves, made one by one by hand. Inspired by landscapes and colours of our country, dyed and printed with special techniques that give each colour an extraordinary and inimitable iridescence, each of our scarves is unique.
Textiles has always been one of the flagships of our region. We are in every sense its children: our parents worked for years in this sector and it seemed natural to us to follow in their footsteps, but inventing a new and more creative way.
For this It is a great honour to have been selected as one of the exhibitors for the next edition of WHITE, 13-15 January 2018.
