We produce complete beachwear ranges for up-and-coming brands and companies: bikinis and two-piece swimsuits, women’s one-piece swimsuits, men’s boxer shorts and briefs, and coordinated beachwear ranges. You don’t need to come to us with a ready-made tech pack — if you’ve just got an idea, we’ll develop it together: we’re a design studio, not just a workshop.
Model-making and sewing patterns
The design is tailored to your specifications, with a fit designed for the sea: a swimsuit needs to fit well when wet, not just on the catwalk.
Prototyping and sampling
Physical prototype before production: you see it, test it, make any necessary adjustments. Production only begins once the prototype has been approved.
Technical fabrics for marine use
Lycra and technical fabrics resistant to chlorine, salt and sunlight. Sustainable options and regenerated yarns available on request.
Production and quality control
Size development, pattern-making and piece-by-piece quality control within the Italian supply chain, which we also use for our own projects.

But over the past 14 years, we’ve seen too many beautiful product ranges gathering dust in warehouses because everything else was missing: clear positioning, sales channels, an e-commerce site that converts, high-quality photos, and advertising that brings in real customers.

What is the minimum production quantity?
Production starts at 50 units. This is the minimum quantity that allows us to guarantee quality and affordable prices for an initial launch.
How much does each one cost?
From €35 each. The price depends on the model, the fabrics chosen and the quantity: the higher the production volume, the lower the unit cost. We provide free, bespoke quotes.
What are the production lead times?
Approximately 30 days from confirmation of the sample. This is preceded by the pattern-making and sampling phase, the duration of which depends on the complexity of the collection.
Can I get started even if I only have an idea?
Yes. We’re a design studio: if you don’t have technical drawings or a tech pack, we’ll develop the design together, from fabric research right through to the finished garment.
Do you manufacture in Italy?
Yes, we use an Italian supply chain. Our head office is in Gallarate (VA), twenty minutes from Malpensa, and production takes place in the Italian manufacturing hubs with which we have been working for 14 years.
Do you carry out contract work for existing brands?
Yes. We manufacture on a contract basis both for brands launching for the first time and for companies wishing to add a beachwear range to their product range.
