Activewear, running, outdoor.
Clothes that need to be practical.

Sportswear is unforgiving: the wrong technical garment is obvious from the very first training session. That’s why we focus on seamless stitching, heat-sealed seams and tried-and-tested fits, using stretchy, breathable fabrics from the Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna regions.

Fitness & yoga

Leggings, tops, sports bras, vests. Quick-dry stretch fabrics, targeted compression, flatlock seams.

Running & cycling

Technical T-shirts, shorts, cycling kits. Breathability, reflective panels, chamois pads and sublimation prints.

Athleisure & outdoor

Technical hoodies, softshell jackets and garments with a membrane. The transition from the gym to the street, without looking like two different products.

From the initial idea to the finished garment
in 5 steps.

01

Technical briefing

We want to understand what sport you have in mind, how you intend to use it, and what retail price you’re thinking of. We then choose the construction and fabric based on that, not the other way round.

02

Pattern-making and fabrics

Pattern developed based on the technical garment and selection of yarns in collaboration with Italian sportswear weavers.

03

Prototype

The first prototype garment, to be tried on and worn. The fit is adjusted before production, not afterwards.

04

Pre-series and sizes

Prototype development and technical specification approval: whatever goes into production has already been approved by you.

05

Production and delivery

Packaging, quality control, labelling and packing. The garments arrive ready for sale.

How much does it cost to produce
A sports top?

Actual production costs, including fabric and tailoring, per garment. These are the typical price ranges for ‘Made in Italy’ products in small batches: the exact quote depends on the fabric, quantity and finishing processes.

Manufacturing the garment
That’s half the job done.

Production is the point at which you realise you need someone to help. But a sports brand doesn’t die on the production line: it dies when nobody knows it exists. That’s why, as well as manufacturing, we support you with everything else.

Stage 01

Strategy and positioning

Who is your brand aimed at, who are its competitors, and at what price does it remain viable?.

Stage 02

Identity and collection

We manufacture within a genuine supply chain that we have built up over 12 years: workshops, suppliers and prices that an emerging brand could not achieve on its own.

Before you ask.

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum order quantity for a customised white-label product is 50–100 items. For a semi-custom product, the minimum is 100–200 items; for a fully bespoke design, it is higher. The minimum is calculated per model and colour, not based on the total order quantity.

Can I produce just one model to start with?

Yes, and it’s often the right choice. Many sports brands start out with an iconic garment — a pair of leggings, a performance T-shirt — and only expand their range once they’ve established that it sells.

What fabrics do you use?

We work with Italian technical fabric manufacturers, from Carvico to Eurojersey to Sensitive: stretchy, breathable and quick-drying fabrics, all with the certifications required by the industry. We choose the fabric only after we have understood the sport and its intended use – never before.

How long will it take?

It depends on where you start. For white-label products, it takes 4–6 weeks on average. For bespoke development, allow 1–2 months for fabric design and development, 1–2 months for prototypes and samples, and 2–3 months for production.

Do you also do the design and customisation?

Yes: sublimation printing, printing, embroidery, labels and regulation-compliant labelling, packaging. If you don’t have the design, we’ll create it for you.

I don’t have a brand yet: can I still get started?

Yes. Most of the people we work with come to us with just an idea. In that case, we don’t start with production, but with what you want to sell and to whom.
