The consultation you have booked is an exclusive opportunity to deal directly with one of our experts, whose time is a precious and limited resource.

Important: To ensure quality of service and mutual respect:

  • Unconfirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled
  • Anyone who does not show up for the appointment without prior notice or does not cancel/postpone the session at least 2 hours in advance will be placed on an exclusion list
  • It will no longer be possible to book further consultations for those who do not meet these deadlines

We understand that unforeseen events may occur, which is why we provide the option of rescheduling the appointment. However, failure to follow these simple rules prevents other interested customers from accessing the service.
